Can we obtain a SLA for OneWizard?
Yes, we are able to offer customers a service level agreement, with timescales defined and agreed by both parties.
Can we just use 1 or 2 module of OneWizard or do we have to use the complete suite?
You can select which modules you want. Also it's easy to upgrade your account further down the line. So initially you just want to use Absence Management for example with a view to upgrading to Time & Attendance once your up and running.
Do you offer consultancy and training?
Yes, we can train your team virtually or on-premises and ease the transition process.
Can we customise OneWizard further?
Due to the flexible design of OneWizard, a lot of customisations can be achieved within the software out of the box. We can't guarantee we will be able to cater for every requirement, however we are focused on continually developing OneWizard and try our best to accommodate our customers requirements.
Can we integrate OneWizard with our existing systems?
There are plenty of options for integration into 3rd party systems. A lot of our customers use a separate ERP system such as SAP, Sage, Dynamics, SalesForce, etc.. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
How can we migrate our existing data and processes to OneWizard?
During the demo / consultation, we'll get an understanding for how you currently operate, what you're looking for and how we can tie in your existing data and processes with OneWizard.
